Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. As our items are food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

However, if you receive a product that is expired, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at teablissonline@gmail.com with clear proof (images/video), so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is expired, defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

Refunds  
Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the product is confirmed to be expired, damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
